Each Musikscool event is tailored to meet your requirements. The basic concept you know by now. What we need to discuss with you are the options. These will include:
- How intensive and personalised do you want the observations to be? High level themes, or personalised feedback (written, if you like). You might be running an assessment centre, or this could be a team day where we want to go for the motivational aspect.
- How long do you want to spend debriefing and pulling out the learning? This tens to range between 5% of the event to 50%.
- How much time do you have? Can we do a 2 day version (with a new challenge for the evening thrown in), or is it 9-5?
- Do you want to the charity link or not? How high do you want to set the fundraising bar (our record is £28,000 in 3 hours)?
- Do we want them to work out how to publish the album to iTunes, or in fact would you rather they took away a CD (all sorts of negotiation and planning to be done over production on that option)?
- How much do you want us to set up in advance? We can create the online donations page, warn the press and local media and do all sorts of things in advance if necessary.
Whatever happens we will need to start talking well ahead of the event, and at least one site meeting will be needed.
